Your customers can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community and ask fellow users questions. If your customers can't find an answer, they can submit a support request.

Each user in your community has a Help Center profile (Guide Professional only), so your community members can get to know one another better. Profiles contain relevant information about the community member, along with their activities and contributions to the community. Profiles also give each community member the option to follow another user and get notifications when that user makes a post or comment.

Yikes! What I am reading from other folks really makes me wonder about how legitimate this sweeps is. I won 2 bucks awhile back. I was asked how I wanted to receive it and had the 2 bucks sent to the account I specified. I did subsequently get a message from my account that it had received two bucks from the sweeps. Have not won anything from this sweeps since. But what I am reading from people who won money but never received it is very concerning. Did anyone contact the Better Business bureau? I really feel badly for folks that were told they won a substantial prize but never received it. The other thing to be aware of is that there are bad actors who keep track of who has won prizes in a sweeps and will steal a check you were expecting. (this happened to me in a different sweeps.) Not that I have won anything meaningful since but I am a watchdog when it comes to retrieving my mail immediately upon delivery. Anyone try contacting their house representative? I don't know whether states vary in how they view consumer protection.
